Zingy Citrus Face Exfoliator

This refreshing exfoliator is so easy and so effective, you'll never want to go back to buying it ever again! Containing citric acid, one of the many alpha hydroxy acids commonly used in skincare as an effective exfoliant, which gently dissolves the outer layer of skin and evens out skin tone. Rice flour has a very fine texture and works perfectly as a gentle exfoliator to effectively remove dead skin without tearing or damaging healthy skin cells. Glycerine and aloe vera hydrate and soothe and essential oils of lime, grapefruit, lemon and orange refresh your skin and uplift the senses. This exfoliator has a lovely silky texture and feels beautiful on the skin. The result is super clean, smooth and refined skin. Ingredients

50ml aloe vera gel
50ml glycerine
1/2 tsp citric acid
4 tbs rice flour
5 drops of grapefruit essential oil
5 drops of lime essential oil
5 drops of lemon essential oil
5 drops of orange essential oil

Method: Place all ingredients, except your essential oils, in a small bowl and whisk with a mini whisk or fork until perfectly smooth. Add your essential oils and whisk again. Pour into your 120ml glass jar. Directions for use: Apply a small amount to your cheeks, forehead, nose and chin and gently exfoliate using your finger and avoiding the eye area after cleansing and before toning and moisturising. Use twice weekly. *Citric acid may cause a slight tingling sensation which is a normal reaction and no cause for concern. If it feels particularly uncomfortable, simply wash off with warm water and moisturise your skin as normal. Suitable for all skin types.
