COVID 19 - what we are doing
Amber Living is fully operational during COVID 19. We are committed to providing you with the goods you need whilst adhering to safety and hygiene protocols and government regulations. Our priority is the health and safety of our customers and any person/s involved in the operations of Amber Living.
Sanitisation and social distancing measures are in place. We regularly wash and sanitise our hands when handling products, processing orders etc. as well as wearing rubber gloves when packaging ingredients to avoid contamination.
Our aim is to get your order processed and dispatched as quickly as possible, however with the high volume of online purchases across the country, limited flights and social distancing regulations, Australia Post, our shipping provider, are experiencing significant delivery delays. Whilst they are doing everything they can to ensure the timely arrival of your goods, it is simply not feasible to maintain previous shipping time frames.
Due to the pandemic, we are also experiencing delays on imported goods, thus our suppliers are out of stock of various product lines, resulting in the unavailability of certain goods, particularly glassware as it originates from China. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding.
