Shipping & Returns


At Amber Living, we aim to keep our shipping rates as low as possible, however, due to the fragile nature and heaviness of our glass bottles, shipping can be quite costly. We therefore offer various rates depending on the total weight of your order to accurately reflect the shipping expenses on our end and ensure you're being charged a fair rate on your order.

For all orders within Australia we use a variety of couriers through the sendle delivery service as well as Australia Post for PO Boxes and parcel lockers.

Shipping rates as follows:

Under 3kg - $9.95

3kg - 5kg - $14.95

5kg - 10kg - $24.95

10kg - 25kg - $39.95

25kg and over - $59.95


To keep business local and sustainable, we currently do not ship internationally. We apologise for any inconvenience.

*AN IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT ADDRESS DETAILS: it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all address information is correct. Any missing details, such as unit number, business name (if commercial property), may result in your parcel being undeliverable and therefore returned to sender. If an address is incorrect or incomplete, it is the responsibility of the consumer to pay for the cost of redelivery. 


You are welcome to return your item/s for a full refund of the original purchase price, provided your item/s meet the following criteria:

Returned within 14 days

Undamaged and unused and in their original condition

*The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the person wishing to return their item/s. Please contact us for more info or if you would like to return an item. 

Faulty Returns

If your item is deemed faulty, we will happily provide a full refund for the original purchase price of your faulty goods and cover any return shipping expenses. 

Proof of fault will be required upon requesting a refund. Please contact us to return an item.
